1. Scope and Object of the General Store Conditions
These General Conditions, together with the order form, and the other elements mentioned, are applied in the formalization of the sale, purchase and order of the items displayed on the website https://silvergalleryjewels.com/
The display, sale and supply of items is the sole responsibility of our website and our physical store, located at Rua Guedes de Azevedo, nº. 216, 4000-271, Porto.
Working in the service provided online with the only CPF no. 266115640. Has Activity Title T7869, being an INCM user.
Silver Gallery has been a registered brand in the Portuguese national market since 2020, holding the title of National Brand, which carries out its economic activities within the scope of goldsmithing and jewelry.
The online store https://silvergalleryjewels.com/ consists of making available, through this website, a set of products and articles and their respective information, which allows the Customer to order the products advertised therein, electronically, in accordance with the terms and conditions described here.
Only on the terms and conditions mentioned herein, an agreement can be made between Silver Gallery Jewels online store and the Customer.

2. Product Information and Content Displayed on the Site
Our online store will do everything possible to ensure that the information provided does not contain errors, ensuring that they are quickly corrected, should they occur. If you purchase a product that has characteristics different from those described online, you have the right, in accordance with applicable legal terms, to terminate the contract. All measurements presented, such as those referring to sizes and weights, are as close as possible to reality and may contain errors.
If you order an item on display and it is no longer available, you will be contacted using the available means to inform you of the incident and a refund will be made. The Customer may not demand any consideration such as compensatory damages.

3. Consumer Obligations

5. Order cancellation
The Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from the date and time they placed their order.

6. Return (Right of Resolution)
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 days from the day they physically acquire their asset.
To do this, you must contact us via email silvergalleryjewels@gmail.com, using the term "Free Resolution" as the subject of the same email. In this email, you must mention that you make use of your right of withdrawal, indicating the order number, customer name, customer address and the date on which you request this right.
After this communication, you must, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of communication of your resolution, return the item to the following address: Rua Mariano de Carvalho, 230, R/C 0D, 4410-483 Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal.
Sending the order back must be done by registered mail. Returned goods must be in perfect condition. The packaging must be returned in full with all documentation received.
The Customer must always request a receipt proving that the order has been sent. The costs of this shipping are borne by the customer.
After receiving the order and checking its status and presence of necessary documentation, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
The refund method will depend on the payment method used and will be the same as the one used in the initial transaction.
In the event that items are damaged or components are missing, refunds will not be possible. Therefore, the item will again be sent to the address initially sent.
7. Warranty
Silver Gallery items are guaranteed for 2 years from the date the Customer receives their order.
The warranty cannot be applied in cases where the parts show evidence caused by abnormal wear, inappropriate use, accidents and repairs not carried out by the brand. States of deformation caused by everyday life and inadequate cleaning conditions are also included in the warranty exclusion reasons.
As all jewelry is somewhat delicate, here are some of the essential cares to take with them:
- Avoid contact with water;
- Avoid contact with cosmetic products, perfumes and makeup;
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces;
- Clean the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth;
- Store in a dry, moisture-free place.
If you want to make use of the warranty on your jewelry and it is not included in the warranty exclusion reasons, you must send an email with the subject "Guarantee" to our email address silvergalleryjewels@gmail.com. In your email, you must indicate the order number, address and customer name.
The jewelry must be sent to the following address: Rua Mariano de Carvalho, 230, R/C 0D, 4410-483 Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal.
Shipping must preferably be by registered mail, requesting proof of shipping. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
After confirming that the item is within warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the indicated address at no additional cost.
8. Communications
Notifications relating to the store may be made to the customer via email, SMS or telephone contact. The preferred means used will be electronic mail and SMS.
Therefore, the Customer agrees to receive all information related to the online store via email, contact telephone number and address.
